ok i have char sprite sheets,
i am using adobe photo shop cs2
i cut the char individual pic out and i make them 32x32 pixels
and save them as .png

then import them to byond's art program

now, my question is my icons work when i play, but some players cannot see them, also when i go to builders fantasy or a regular byond game that lets you upload your icon they dont work,

please help what am i missing i want to make all my char but dont want to do them all wrong and have to start all over
