Is it possible to use a Debit Card (Mastercard) in order to buy/redo a membership?
If the card says it works exactly like a credit card, then yes.

If it is issued by your bank as a debit card, then no -- that would require Interac and a stripe reader.

I was assigned the card by my college, and has the Mastercard logo on it meh. It does work with certain ATMs and all that...

If a debit card has a credit logo like MasterCard or Visa or such, it can be used as a credit card. Sounds like this will work for you.

I tried it, but it didn't. I input the # and everything and it didn't work.

Going off on a limb, Paypal might accept that kind of card. You could always sign up for paypal and try attaching it as a credit card?
