Bad World in Bug Reports

To revive tracker_issue=1533
This issue is not yet fixed.
I have included 2 files to help find this issue:
The first one was compiled with 468 with the same exact code as the second one which was compiled with 470.

The Error File (468) is in /Stor/
The Good File (470) is in /Stor/2/

468 Worked with 468 (of course), Does not work with 469.

(Oddly enough 470 compile works with 469)

The old compile was done by a beta; that's why it is no longer recognized.
