I would like to see the option of changing the windows layers around. Like, default.layer=1 and outputwindow.layer=3 or something similar. because when you don't want them to move, and you want to position them in a certain spot on the window. It becomes a game of luck, is it in front of the window you want behind it, or is it hidden behind it unsee-able.
