Not a bug
BYOND Version:471
Operating System:Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Web Browser:Chrome 5.0.375.99
Applies to:Dream Daemon
Status: Not a bug

This is not a bug. It may be an incorrect use of syntax or a limitation in the software. For further discussion on the matter, please consult the BYOND Developer forums.
Descriptive Problem Summary:
Couldn't create icons successfully. It won't show the actual icon, only invisible.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Use Windows 7, compile the game on that version, and it'll not show the icons properly. Although, using my another laptop, which have Windows Vista Home basic, it works flawless.

Code Snippet (if applicable) to Reproduce Problem:

Expected Results:
Icon works, appears actual icons, not being invisible.

Actual Results:
Won't show up, invisible icons.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
Tons of time since I bought new laptop with Windows 7.
In other games?
Yes, if I tried to compile on Windows 7.
In other user accounts?
Yes.
On other computers?
Well, one thing for sure is that Windows Vista, on my another laptop, works.
When does the problem NOT occur?
When I try to compile on my Windows Vista.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)

Workarounds:
Had to use my old laptop with Windows Vista for it to work.
Oh, forgot to add this information. If I'm not really hosting it, it works, only on Windows Vista. But, if I'm hosting it, it shows up invisible. Other useful info, apparently, it looks like dream daemon bug? Reason I think it is because if I'm just playing it on my own, without dream daemon, it works. But, if I am hosting it on dream daemon, icons won't work.
Also, here's the snap shots:

Before Edit:

After Edit: Without Dream Daemon

After Edit: With Dream Daemon

Sorry, but I thought you'd like to know that in v463.1063 it works with hosting.
I don't follow the issue here. Please expand on your description in more detail.

I may also need a demo project to tell what's going on.

Sorry for the confusion. Okay, here's what happened. If I'm playing it offline, that icons issue won't happen. But, if I'm hosting, it WILL happen. As you see, the third snapshot, it was not working prior to second snapshot, which I'm playing on my own. The icon is invisible on 3rd, which is used on dream daemon. So, if I tried to host with v471, it'll not work. Otherwise, v463 works.
I'm still confused about what the issue actually is, though. I think a demo will help show me the problem.

Ah, I'll send you the host file. You'll need to test it without dream daemon, then host it on dream daemon and test it.

*Edit*
Just reinstalled BYOND with admin rights and it works. I'm sorry for the trouble. I'll make sure to install with admin rights, as I haven't done that.
