EDIT: I took some advice and took out the space between the arms and torso and the legs to make him look more relaxed.
C&C please.

I've been gone for a couple of months or so and I decided to get back on. I've seen people try to make a 32x64 base and so I thought I should go for it.

Once againn edit the eyes, the edit makes it look relaxed but the north state doesn't seem relaxed :S

The shading on the shorts just seems to look like it's pushing too forward like he has a giant butt/crotch. Maybe make the brightest part slightly darker? I also suggest changing the shading on the shorts as well, just doesn't look quite right.

The guys legs are pretty large, and huge compared to the rest of his body. Head, and eye shape as pointed out so far is a bit strange. I'm trying to hink how you could fix it. Perhaps remove a lot that black you have there. Maybe enlarge the head a bit. Hm.
