Where did they go?

Which resources, specifically? Most of them were moved to Developer Resources, unless you mean something in particular.

They used to have a section on the old site design, I think. I used to be able to see "top resources" with their icons and such.

But aye, the forums now host developer resources. You can also use the search feature to locate need resources, Hub-wise and forum wise.

If it's any consolation, I've been compiling a list of various helpful resources (though I'm not near as done with it as I want to be) to sticky somewhere.

Oh wow I feel like a total tool for not noticing that. Yeah, I used to use the top bar to get to resources. But now it's gone. It's scary!
