Well no one actually "works" for Dantom except Dan and Tom, who are the two people that started BYOND. The notorious "BYOND Staff" consists of people who were both elected by Dantom and volunteered to help out in certain areas. Those are usually people who've been around for a while and/or have exceptional knowledge in the area of programming.

If you're looking to help out in some areas though, such as reviewing hub entries or something like that, it probably wouldn't hurt to ask. But in the end its up to Dan & Tom (mostly Tom, Dan being in a bag in someone's basement) to decide if they want your help or not.

As far as I know, anyway!

You are too cool, you think you know how to blackmail. I have no clue who you are, so you don't exactly threaten me. Anyway you actually have probably no shot at getting any spot working with BYOND. It doesn't seem to me that you have any skills that they would need.
