Weekly Report
Yeah, Like I get these out every week.
[Final Frailties]
I've managed to get a lot of work done on this one lately. I've managed to get in several features I was very interested in.
Laptop support.
Save file versions to help prevent P-wipes.
Slight adjustments to the equipment lists.
Inclusion of a link to a small instruction file.
Fixed that pesky inventory screen bug.
Several minor tweaks.
I have been working very hard on the major scenarios of the game which will lead to a great restructuring of the game. Fun fun fun. There will be large restructurings of the equipment selections as well as items. In addition I am planing on adding in between 1-3 more towns. There is also a great deal of story work going on behind the scenes that you will just have to play to find out.
[Real Life]
I start my old job on Monday. Yay for gainful employment.
[Army]
Nothing new to report.
Were done here now.

Weekly Report
Well, I missed a week or two due to real life, it happens though.
[Final Frailties]
I have fixed several smaller bugs and redesigned the save system so that it now has an overwrite protection check if you try and save a character over a different one. There is now a check in place to let you know that you can not equip something before you buy it.
I'll soon be working on a new dungeon area, this one is a two parter, on a boat, and below the water.
[BASG]
Yeah, I dropped out of it to work on Final Frailties.
[Real Life]
Broke it off with my girlfriend. Moving east to live with my sister and work in Longview.
[Army]
Playing army now.
That's pretty much it.

Weekly Report
This week I have managed to get very little done in the way of actual work. I have however been all over gods green earth in my little corner of Texas.
[Final Frailties]
I have been doing plot development in my head, but I only have about 4 lines written down on paper.
[BASG]
Yeah, I entered it.
[Real Life]
Nephew's birthday party, girlfriends birthday, party is next week, complete and utter madness.
[Army]
Yeah, nothing yet.
That's all stop reading now

Weekly progress report
In order to keep me honest with my game development as well as to try and get myself to actually do something for a change I have decided to start a weekly progress report on all of my various and sundry activities.
[Final Frailties]
I have been overhauling many of the story elements as well as toying around with some reworking of the maps in the game. I need to get a better understanding of the swapmaps library, as well some simple text on screen systems so that I don't have to custom craft the name tags for every item and menu system in the game. I would like for that to be handled by the game it's self and cut down on my end workload. I have also toyed around with the idea of an opening sequence for the game, but don't expect that any time soon.
[Real World]
In the real world I have finally painted my Ranchero, so now she is a solid primer white instead of 4 different colors of primer. Things are going well with me and my girlfriend, we have been together for almost 4 months now, I hope that it works well.
[Army Life]
I am going to go report to my reserve station in Shreveport on 01 OCT and will have more to tell you after that.
[That's all folks]
Stop reading now.

Finaly home
Well, after three and a half years I am now out of the regular army and back to being mostly a civilian. Life has taken some time to get used to, but then again that is always the way it goes.
I haven't spent these last years in a vacuum though. I have been steadily working on design theory and graphic design with positive results. I am not exactly looking forward to redoing a project as large as Final Frailties, but it needs it and Byond deserves it. I have had the same file available for download for roughly two or three years now, and I am so very far behind in my work on the game.
In other news life continues upon it's inexorable march forward.
End Transmission
