I think it would be a nice option if, instead of clicking the arrows provided to switch between z levels in the map editor, we could have an input to type in a z level and automatically jump to it. Especially for those who have projects with z levels in the 100's (like me). It has just become a hassle to have to go from level 1 to 50 by just clicking through the arrows 50 times.

Also while I'm at it, it might be a nice feature if there could be a built-in way of naming z levels. I know there already is a library out there that does that to some extent, but an already built in feature would be of greater ease. This could even be combined with the z level input to be able to type in the name of the z level and be brought right too it.

Here's my idea:

For my spawn points I would want them to be activated before they spawn any creatures. By this I mean I would want there to be a player in the area to activate the spawn points which will then create monsters. I've thought of a way that might work but I'm not sure.

My idea would be to have an /area for the spawn points, and when a player enters the area it sends a message to the spawn points to be activated, therefore it will spawn monsters. But I'd also like it if the player leaves the area the spawn points are deactivated, and that a timer is set on the monsters that are spawned and when it runs out, they are deleted. The twist to this is that if the player enters the area again, the timer is turned off and the monster resumes its normal killing spree.

Any ideas on how to go about this?

Not like the huge one though. This is for a game I'm developing where you get to be a gladiator, and fight for glory! Anyways this is a small arena room (not the big one, that's still in the works) that I've designed for the game. I'm wondering what all of you think. Criticism extremely welcomed.

Note: Don't mind the wooden bench, it's just there as a placeholder, but hey criticism welcomed anyways!
I've been studying fractals a bit over winter break because I live out in the boonies and have nothing else to do. So I decided to do a common fractal in pixel art. Here it is:

Nothing special, just thought I'd post something in this quiet place.
