It could be considered an annoyance, however, there are no times I've seen when people have uploaded a "New CSS" blog without there being SOME major difference.

Sadly, Yut Put, has been recently trying to dispose of these posts entirely by spamming the community with his rubbish and lies that he's changed a couple of CSS codes and decides to post on the subject.
It's demeaning and a disgrace.

What are your thoughts on this "CSS, Annoyance or Annoyance?" phase started by the rapidly spreading disruption Yut Put?

I, for one, believe the CSS posts should be left be. Though they are frequent, they do reveal things to us on certain people, and just might be the only thing personal for the money spent.

Lots of posts complaining about CSS posts are becoming the new CSS posts.

also "the only thign personal for the money spent" -- Of course, because the ability to publish games on a game creation site has NO value in relation to the ability to decorate your blog.

And CSS indeed reveals things about certain people, or self expression. You're one of the pioneers of expressive CSSing

I'm quite the jokester myself. The CSS expresses that.
Got a Problem? Oh well, it's my personality.

The money SPENT on getting the membership for a Game Creation site was I think, originally for game blogs. However, with the CSS's, and people's skills in such, it's self expression to do such.
And if I say so, some CSS's are magnificent, and deserve to be viewed.
