Except the gift thing, you do not and should not spent stupid amounts of money on a girl your barely dating. Girls find it really immature when guys spend a paycheck on a gift for them early on in a relationship. Guys who are confident and do romantic gestures as opposed to just spending stupid amounts of cash are way more win than assholes who just buy loads of useless crap for girls in an attempt to buy their love.

I found the "asshole" treatment works after you hooked them. And it's certainly cheaper than a gross ton of....Pogs of all things(do they make those anymore?)

EDIT: That, and the part where after you get a girl, all of the problems show up. I've personally been a victim of all but the Herpes, cancer, and finding out they're a furry.
