Male Base Figure in Art & Sound

A somewhat cartoonish figure, I'll be working on then releasing to Free Resources.
I'll only be working on South State, because I'll be using it as a HUD thing in a project, and nothing more.
EDIT: Made a somewhat okay North and East state.

The clothes look so good!

The clothing is basically random shading, keep it clean.
The colour is lacking on contrast, this should clear a few things up with pallet changing:
