IRC.dms in BYOND Discussion

Does this do anything? I've noticed a distinct lack of documentation and any requests on the forum about it

Anyone got a clue on this? I'd love to add support for IRC to chatters (or bug Crashed into doing it.)

This is for an under-used and nearly unsupported feature of the past; which allows you to connect to IRC servers using BYOND, not the other way around.
