Indeed, that's one of my minor grievances. It's also awesome to finally have internet connectivity back without having to use WEP security settings.

My friend did the same thing, except he held out with the DS lite. But you with the oldest DS. Wow, this would obviously be a huge improvement. The only thing I don't like is where the stylus is located. I've had a DS lite (got rid of it) and a DSI. Both had the stylus on the side. I'm so used to reaching for it there. Now that's changed.

Heh it was a huge step up for me, I've been holding out on a new DS since the first "phat" model.

Yes I got a 3Ds. I can't comment on your post for some reason. I'm enjoying it so far. It's not that much of an upgrade, seeing as I owned a DSI. Well the 3D of course, and some other things. But overall I'm glad I purchased one. Just couldn't afford to buy any games. Well I'm probably going to wait for the better titles. Like Kingdom Hearts, and Zelda.
