Two things. Do you clench your teeth when you run? And. What's with the gloves?

No, I just don't hold my mouth wide open like I'm catching flies. ;)

The race started at 6:50 am. It was debatable in terms of temperature, but they also help absorb sweat from my hands. I hate sweaty hands when I'm running.

Yeah, I was thoroughly impress with his time. He's been running half-marathon distances on a weekly basis with co-workers for a while now. I'm nowhere near ready to do that kind of distance yet.

Now that the race is over, he's doing CrossFit instead of running. I'll bet he could write some interesting blogs about that if we encouraged him.
