Milestone for DQ:NML - Spells & Items in battle = Functional

I've finally got some time (and motivation) to take on the long and tedious task of implementing the Spells & Items part to DQ:NML's battle engine!

Now that this part's mostly out of the way, this means we'll have more time & resources available to develop the game on both a storyline and features standpoint.

Feel free to hop in if you feel like it. Constructive feedback is always appreciated!
