A good tutorial? in Developer Help

Most people point to the blue book,ZBTs and the occasional kunark.Yet i read through the DM guide and the ZBT,and still dont understand DM enough.Does anyone know a basic tutorial that will help me understand enough to make a mediocre game?

There are numerous Dream Makers articles that can help. There's also Your First World by dantom and Step BYOND by Deadron.

Seems to be you'd have simply skimmed through them rather than read, especially considering the DM Guide's length. Regardless, though, if you didn't understand DM from reading all of them, you likely didn't understand those tutorials themselves in question. Re-read them until you do, starting with the ZBT's which are easy to understand and begin from. And most importantly, don't skim. Take shortcuts and you're cutting your actual learning, too - no pain, no gain.
