Take that evil mail stuffs!
After a couple of days of research and trial and error I finally got everything working as it should be.
That's a picture of the control panel provided by Postfix.Admin which is a very handy program. We also have webmail powered by SquirrelMail.
The only problem I've come across is ThunderBird (at least my fairly old version of it) isn't able to send email using the system because it lacks the proper authentication methods. I opted for maximum password security in this system and from everything I've gathered Mozilla just hasn't implemented it. I'll have to try to get my hands on the latest version of ThunderBird to try it though.

I was just informing you. I don't have a problem I still can post, I actually thought it was a problem with your CSS at the first look. I thought maybe you didn't know.

That would be your problem. My CSS lacks IE support totally. Sorry, I don't plan on fixing it either.

I can't speak for you, but my add comment box is nice and out of the way. I can't vouch for people not using Firefox, though.

I would pefer Dynamic Web Pages because it allows you to customize the response on the server to offer personalization based on cookies and information it can get from the visitor. And also what is up with your post comment button?

There's such thing as a static webpage? What kind of god-forsaken prank is that!?

I loled at the better than duct tape part. It seems though as if everyone is into Dynamic Web Pages now. Good Luck with moving the server!
