WebChatters
I decided it was finally time to learn Java, mostly just to say I know it to a point. I made a few applications and applets here and there, the language is mighty simple.
About 24 hours ago I was thinking of what would be a useful browser applet and it dawned on me. A Chatters client for the people who only have access to a Java-enabled browser.
About 6 hours ago I finished my working version and published it at http://ncomproductions.com/webchatters -- you probably need JRE 1.6 to use it.
This should be helpful to those Chatters regulars who want to use Chatters from school without resorting to the crappy default Windows telnet client.
More progress is on the way, this is just the first functioning version of the system.

#8 Nadrew:
Which is what Tiberath was mentioning, occasionally the message will come in as two packets instead of one and cause the output to get glitchy. I've been working on fixes for most of the causes but I'm sure there are still some I don't know about.

I was trying to point out there was a line break after the P.
Also, I hate your comment box, Nadrew.

It'll ask for a password, but the application puts it in automatically for you. (For the record, the password isn't "password" ;) )
Several times throughout it the application will parse some weird strings and will place unexpected breaklines.
And Nadrew can't substitute your IP address for your key, IP-Key remberance/passwording/something is up to Crashed on Chatters I'm afraid (Unless Nadrew really is out to surprise us all).
Any way you look at it, it's still a very useful little application. =D

It didn't ask me for a pass, but you need to make it so it doesn't have your IP as your user.

#3 Nadrew:
Yeah, certain timing issues cause the password not to enter at the right time.

Maybe now, they might not recognize me as an IP address and stop banning me on the spot. :D
