Everytime we get a page we always need to open the pager and click the link.
What about displaying a box (Like the one that says some friend/game is online) that says someone replied to our posts / to a post that you commented.
EDIT: You would be able to choose if this option is on/off.

This needs to be toggle-able. The popup notifications that you already get from the pager can cause significant slowdowns if you're doing other hardware-intensive tasks.
