But now my problem is that connection to server problem.

When someone clicks a server, we connect to it right?

Since i'm only showing server names in the list, i don't get a way to associate the Server Name with The IP so when someone click the server, we send the neccessary data to the Server.
Also showing how many players have the servers, Admin, etc. No clue of how to do that.

If didn't understand tell me, i'll explain a little better.
