Intro:
I think is about for the guild to be changed a little, no more WIPs of bases and trees, and let's have more community involvement and a wider variety of pixel work.
I got two great ideas from two places (credits to them) AmonR and PixelJoint.I though about Amon's challenge and seeing how not many people were interested i figure i could use that an mold it a little bit.

How it will works:
1.Set Up
a.We take the template AmonR made and a made a sort of "mini-game" per say where you can
walk around.
b.Have customize options to "pimp-out" your room
c.Have weekly challenges that will earn you pixes , e.i (ribbons, trophies,unlockable
turfs?)
The Challenges:
(This is where pixel joint idea would come in)
1.Each week we would hold a contest,at the end of the week top three places would win a
reward, participants will get a consolation prize.
2.Winner of the challenge will have to create the new challenge for the upcoming week.
3.You will obtain your prize and you will be able to put it on your room inside the game so
that people can see them.
4.Each month we would hold the top 5 PAS Outstanding pixel reward (more trophies yey!!)

Challenge Template:
This will be the template to be use each week for the challenges (limitations to keep us on our toes xD)
Colors:You can either give what colors to choose or simply give the max number of colors allow for the challenge.
Canvas:The size that the piece should be (pixel work should not be smaller or bigger than the declared number)
Other:Here you can post any additional things you want to add into your challenge( Theme, layout, etc.)

Well this is what I though about a while ago and decided to put it in action, agree or disagree please post your thoughs. As for the coding it is very basic I'm pretty sure some of all you pixel artist know a thing or two about programming, maybe you can volunteer, myself have a bit of experience if no one steps up to the plate I would vonlunter.
If everyone agrees with this as well as the mods, we should start our first weekly challenge by next week.
