I dont know about you guys, but i think its pretty lame that most games out nowadays dont allow multiplayer support. Online is cool and all, but it will never be better than playing a game in person with friends. (im looking at you, need for speed hot pursuit). Wheres the love for 2 player games :\

Racing games especially.
I'm not sure if you are a fan but I'm loving that Call of Duty Black Ops allows people to allow multi - people. Example : If you are playing at a friend's house you both can go online your gamertag would be his with a [1] after. It's actually fun when you get a 4 person game going online with friends.
Agreed. I can't play co-op with my brother on Uncharted 2. :0
Splinter Cell

No you can't. You can only play a simulation training mode with fake, online buddies. They're just bots. You can't face real people with a [1] buddy on your account.

I'm assuming you haven't played the game before. They've even gimped the graphics in the game to allow for 2 screens to be rendered at the same time.

In response to the blog post, many games still do allow split screen multiplayer. Games with top notch graphics that push the hardware of the console often can't allow split screen due to limitations. If you're talking about PC games, I'm just going to point and laugh.
I prefer online, don't have to share a screen.
Well, This was Criterion big game, They got caught up or more focused on making the game more polished then added extra things. I mean you Have NFS: HP2 to play on. I played that for days and hours. But NFS: HT has a better engine, and better control of the cars. Thats everyone Big Question, Where is Split screen? Well, thats one question they'll never figure out. lol
I dunno. Pretty sure Blur and GT5 have splitscreen offline racing, and those came out this year. Forza 4 coming out next year will certainly have it as well.
