I like Phosphure's better than Nishiatsu's. Nishiatsu's is all flat, while Phosphure's has some depth. It helps that his text is actually centered on the title bar[vertically]

i prefer blue than Green, so yours sucks.

It looks a lot like Nishiatsu's CSS only green and with a smaller font. Aside from that, it looks pretty generic.
