I have temporarly discontinued Pokémon Highlight due to some reasons I would like to share. We weren't having our Staff online in game while it was been hosted. This is usually a problem since Staff people are the ones who actually bring life to our games. Because of that, player count has been low. And again, because of that, I 've lost motivation on continueing coding for Pokémon Highlight. If I find a reason to continue with it I will just do so.

Another reason I'm not hosting it's because I cannot keep on hosting the game. I have personal reasons which disallows me to host the game. I apologize to those people who like that game and want the game on.

I'm making this post for those who don't really know what happened to PTwi and myself. They ask, I answer and yet, nobody believes. People talk, others change and others talk crap. What to believe? What did really happen with PTwi and what part do I take in it?

Pokémon Twilight...yes I made the game itself and passed it to Mattzz, the current owner of PTwi. Pokémon Twilight first made a released on December, whoever knows the day, 2006. Under tons of different kind of dramas and problems, I thought I wasn't able to handle all the pressure around the game and decided to quit it for sure. I looked for a good person that I thought could handle PTwi and its drama, and I picked Mattzz.

What part do I take in PTwi? I take nothing else but to be a GM on it, nothing else. People can't blame me anymore for the things that are currently happening, or the way things are being handled by GMs or anything. And yes, I'm happy for the "position" I have for PTwi, I don't need anything else to take more part on it. Please understand what happened between PTwi and me before saying anything.

Another thing I have heard its about the credit Mattzz has gave me or haven't gave me as PTwi creator.
I seriously don't care about the credit. It's has been all agreeable between Mattzz and myself, that I didn't need credit for making the game. So please, don't talk about it to me or Mattzz or any of PTwi staff, ok?

I think everything is cleared and I don't need to say who is asking these things or with whom I'm having these problems with. By the way, thanks for those who are helping with this problem.

Does the game needs ranking by BYOND members?

I'm going to make this answer clear as I've heard people telling me that they would rank the game if I consider them as a Staff Member. We do not need any ranking at the moment. This is a game in progress and I will not accept the game ranked, even when people that have played the game said that the game is a far version already I don't really want any ranking yet. Even though, I'm not asking for ranking, BYOND members rank the game if they want to, they have a space for this game and if they liked the game. I want honesty when ranking this game and I want it to be fair.

Have I answered the question for those who have asked about it? I think it is clear.

"Combat System effects"


I've noticed most of the Pokémon games around BYOND don't have special effects for their Battle Systems. I came up with an idea after giving some last touches to this game's Battle System. Yes, you can do "Super effective!", "It's not very effective" and "Critical" hits. Also, I've added Pokémon status attacks which causes paralyzed, confused, frozen and sleeping.
