After about two months of practicing my tumbling on my trampoline, I can now successfully preform a front hand-spring on a mattress. It was scary the first time, but the rest were just fun to do.. I know, I rule.. ;)

All HAIL the king
I can do that, a backflip, and a back-hand-spring on solid ground.

Neh neh nehhh... You just HHADDD to ruin all my fun, didn't you? And by backflip do you mean back layout, or back tuck?

No a backflip, like a frontflip, but backwards.

Well then, I think Nadrew should have a cookie, in fact, make that a bag of Oreo's.

Oooh! Yummy, you can send them in the mail if you want.

Uhm... Yes, that's nice, but there are different types. :P Back tuck is where you pull your legs in and usually grab your knees, or shins, so you are tucked up in a ball. A layout is where you don't pull anything in, just basically lay straight (almost.. most of the times in an arch).

i know everybody can, but i have been able to do front flips and back flips in the pool since i was like about 3 or 4...IN THE SHALLOW END. now i can do side flips in the pool...yes yes mostly everything i can do is in the pool...anyway i dont do back flips no more because when i was about 6 or 7 or even 8, i hit my head. :( luckly i didnt bleed. but in a way i did get knocked down because i was sinking...in the deep end just incase...but i saw the wall, then i swam up and started crying.

now that i think about it, it was pretty funny.
