Happy as can be...
Just got back from mediation. I officially established joint custody on everything. The other parent (my ex) and I came to an agreement. Finally.... I will be able to have my daughter on scheduled days! 4 days one week, 3 days the other. I'm so happy. Who wants to pop some bottles and drink some liquor? Wow... I'm in such a good mood, I think I'll tap dance... do the 2-step.. macarana? Nah... joking. Man.... y'all have no clue how great I feel.

Finally! The whole group is back.... minus one.
Man.... after a year of time, almost the entire Infamous Inc crew is back. The only one missing is DL, but he is in college and I'm happy for him. Recently, Ogre and Big Rick returned (after dealing with getting their own lives straight) and we put down a track earlier tonight. It's incomplete still (getting a female singer over the hook to add some flavor). I don't know, I'm happy with it, aside from wanted to re-do my verse next time we meet up. I think the final product should sound nice. I give Ogre props, considering he hasn't recorded, or written a single thing in a year. He did pretty good. The order is this... Big Rick, Branks, and then Ogre. Rockit & Ogre are on the hook; then the female singer will be placed behind theirs. Well heres the link for those who care to listen->

Need suggestions for PS3 game purchases
I finally got some cash to spend, so I'm looking to get a couple games (2/two) next week. I checked up on IGN but their ratings don't mean much. I'd rather get opinions from the average gamer. I will say, I don't like console RPG's anymore.. don't have time for that. I'm looking to buy: Shooters, Action/Adventure, Fighting, or something very entertaining to play. The only thing I have to play now is the MAG beta, and thats not cutting it since the servers are only up when I'm busy or working. I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Dragon Warrior must rise!
I remember back in 01' - 04' we had a little Dragon Warrior game era. There were all kinds of creations, however... Today, we have nothing but DWO which nobody even plays. I'm not a Final Fantasy fan, so FFO/FFL are useless to me. I really want to re-create DW2 or DW3 with multiplayer. Or even do my own story. Not sure.. I just miss DW on BYOND. Anyone interested?

Not even gonna trip, but...
(I'm gonna be real though... I do want to type so many bad words it's not even funny, but then the blog wont be posted. Even so, y'all can't relate anyhow since close to none of you have kids yet aside from Ken.. as far as I know.)
Yesterday was bananas man. Ever since before yesterday, it had been 2 months since I've seen our daughter who I've bonded with since birth (she is now 20 months old). Since I split with my ex a couple months ago, it has been close to impossible to even schedule any visitation, etc without taking legal action. Let me note, I have been in our daughters life since birth. My name is on her birth certificate. So, yesterday the ex was in the hospital overnight and her mother came over to get "some things" that were left in the garage. I pulled her aside I told her straight up, "Aye, the game stop now.. I want our daughter here". The only way I was able to see her before was in a public place (restaurant, park, etc). The worst part is, before I would have a chance at having her over here, my ex lets her friend who is a no good wannabe gangster chick, watch OUR daughter. That is not cool by me, not even joking either. Not to mention, she actually thinks she can call the shots... she is a nobody, and only a 3rd person to the situation.
Aside from that, court is bogus... mediation is bogus, and everything about this is bogus. You see, I'm no dead-beat dad, I have no criminal record, and no tickets. So why is this chick (my ex) acting crazy? I'll tell you... she is holding a personal grudge. She don't like my mom I guess, and she doesn't want my daughter around her. The thing is, my mom hasn't done a thing to her. I guess it's good my mom moved back to Chicago, cause I appreciate all her help in this legal issue. She has Law School experience, and knows the law out here. Without her, I'd be paying child support without the rights to see our daughter. Not to mention the law, Unconstitutional Discrimination Against A Male Parent is helpful.
Last night was the best night of my life though. When I went to pick up our daughter, she still remembered me. It's only been 2 months, but I thought she'd forget. She had the biggest grin on her face, and she said, "Dada!" Not gonna lie, I don't cry, but right there I almost did, real talk. I'm the only one who can make her laugh till she pees, I'm the only one who can bring a huge smile to her face, and as far as I know... I'm the only one who knows her like the back of my hand. Don't get me wrong, after I brought her home, it didn't end. All night they called me, over and over... Asking if I'd go up and see my ex in the hospital. Why the heck would I care to see her? My main focus is on our daughter though. I'm not getting back with someone who could withhold our daughter from me for 2 months, and then think it's okay to give her to me after court has been re-scheduled? No way. We're still going, and I wont be pushed over like most guys.
In fact, I refuse to pay child support like all them guys out there. I will NOT. I have no problem supporting our little girl, but to be forced to pay every month to a woman who smoked throughout pregnancy, and will most likely spend the money to smoke? NO! It will be 50/50, cause I know this woman just wants the money. She even said once, "Having more babies gives you more tax return money!" Yeah... okay. Warning signs anyone? I will fight until I get 100% custody. Anyhow, moving on. This morning when our daughter woke up, I made her and I breakfast. We ate, I turned on cartoons, and she had fun playing with the dog. Not too long after, I get a door knock. Guess who? It's the grandparents of our daughter! They come in the doorway wince it was raining and demand to have the child. Now... I could have argued and been a sarcastic person like I usually can be, or I could be civil, and think they'll get what they deserve in court next month. Bottom line, I stripped her of the PJ's I bought her last night, and put on the ones they sent with her. Get this... the PJ's didn't even fit. They were tight as heck. The grandfather made a comment, "You almost done, whats the hold up?" I basically replied, "I'm getting her dressed that is the hold up, and I'll take as long as I please." (Really hard to hold back the words...) I couldn't even give her a kiss goodbye. They just took her and left. I thought to myself.. "Hmm, aren't I the father?" If they think they can become the custodial parents along with my ex, they're wrong.
Well that is about it, I'm pretty heated. Court should be real interesting cause I've documented this day, and all the days she's withheld our daughter. For those who don't catch on, notice I been saying, "our daughter". I'm a realist, and it is OUR daughter. When will this junk end? Why the heck do I gotta struggle to see someone I'd give my life for? This is lame. I don't apologize for boring you guys either. After all, I paid for this blog.
