In the spirit of October and Halloween I will be hosting some survival horror D20 games on BYOND. It has been decided I will be hosting a Evil Dead D20 game. Hopefully it will begin on this Friday, I will make a note of when I can start rolling character sheets for you.

Yeah it is, I will be using a reference D20 manual on Evil Dead someone designed, I thought it looked and felt real good.

The basic concept is the story takes place after Army of Darkness and our hero Ash misreads the incantation to go back to his home world.

Ash attempts to get back into social living until one day he finds out that the book is still in circulation and that it has been not only mass produced but being advertised on the Oprah Winfrey Show.

As is the usual norm for her show, she has given each one of her guests a print of the book and encourages them to read out loud a very specific passage in the book.

Ash arrives on the scene too late and sheer chaos erupts as portals all over the city open allowing the Deadites to take hold of the city, and soon the world.

The players take roles as characters who were in the audience.. and the game begins.

Yes, well, the intent is there, I guess it will be up to the players. I almost got the character sheets down. The game rules have been dumbed down a little bit so I don't have to worry about as much.
