I love them both, but I liked 1 more than two. Two had good songs, but one had AWESOME songs.

But they both need Stairway to Heaven. And Hotel California.

Well, one had better songs in it, but two had the best song(Trogdor), so it is tough to decide. I would say one is the better one all around, though.

They don't need Stairway(Single most overrated song in history) or Hotel California(Good, but there are better eagle songs).

Two has Free Bird and Jordan. I haven't played one though, so don't dare to compare.

Free Bird is a pain. Just staying awake to finish it is a challenge. It's good , but damn is it long.

Freebird is easy. Jordan is a bizzitch. I can beat it, but I need to smoke some crack first. But, seriously, I've 5 starred all but Beast and the Harlot, Psychobilly Freakout, Carry Me Home, and Institutionalized on Expert. I just can't seem to get those damned songs down.

Guitar Hero 1 is a great game, but isn't as good as 2. The hammer ons and pull offs are waaayyyy off on Guitar Hero 1 and a bunch of glitches are there. Guitar Hero 2 may not have as many good songs, but it improved a LOT and is better IMO.
