Does anyone currently or recently lift weights? I'm curious how I stack up against you BYOND folk.

I don't do a bunch...but he's my stats. Post yours as comments. :)


Body Weight: 205 LBs
Height: 6'0"

Bench Press: 305 LBs
Squat: 435 LBs
Power Clean: 300 LBs
Bar Curl: 155 LBs
Military Press: 205 LBs
Leg Press: 610 LBs (ish)


If I forgot anything just ask, I may have a max for it.

Stop being asses, there are plenty of people on BYOND who care, you don't go on some kid's crappy anime game just to go "I don't care about this why did I login lololol".

I'm not really interested in what other people lift, but I occasionally lift myself. It's been too long since I did anything else, but I usually bar curl 100.

Well I haven't really maxed at my weight lifting since I try to go for endurance rather than raw power(Which most of the time those lifters can only do about 1-2 sets of that set weight).

Bench Press - 180lbs 10 sets of 20
Arm Curl - 80lbs 20 sets of 20
Legs - 200lbs 15 sets of 20

Then I do full scale body training by strapping some weights and walking around for a few hours. Pretty much when I was done, I couldn't move for the rest of the day and had muscle spasms half the night. The thing that worked well for me to last through the training though is stretching between reps and drinking water every other 5-10 reps.

I stopped training about 4 months ago though. BTW, I didn't train just to do it. I had it coincide with skill training aka martial arts training.
I doubt yo mmilitary press 210.
