I just finished reading through the Skin Tutorials and unless I am deadset blind, I couldn't find anywhere explaing how to insert a picture.

What I wanted to do was put a picture in with a transperant background at the top, a heading, if you will. :)

If anyone could either direct me to another guide somewhere on BYOND or directly tell me how to do so, it would be much MUCH appreciated.
