CSS request in Off Topic

I was just wondering if anyone could take the time to make a new CSS for me. As much as I like my current one. (DBZ) It doesn't feel unique.

Prefer the layout to be anime based. Black and Red/Purple theme color is preferable but meh i'm easy going.

I may be able to write you a semi good CSS, So it lightens tekas workload? But i cant say that i'm any good :/
