Are the bigwigs at BYOND H.Q. aware that some of our adverts are 'questionable'?
I imagine not, since its an 'ads by google' thing.

Earlier I saw a ad for a phillipenes dating agency.

Eh I'm sure they are. By questionable, I thought you meant something like uh "100% natural male enhancement!"
