Setting network delay to 284 in BYOND Discussion

I got this disturbing message from dreamseeker while running a solo test game of Tanks. I had minimized the window and when I returned I was spammed with game messages followed by "Setting network delay to 284"

I got higher!! 304, it did it when i was idling for a long time i can back pressed left and left came back and then my character moved it was really cool but it took forever to walk across a map in my game lol
