Hosting problems, and a request in BYOND Help

Hi, I've always had trouble hosting in BYOND, because my router blocks out Dream Daemon. I've tried Port Forwarding, but my router doesn't appear in any of the lists. :(

Therefore, I have two questions.

1. My router is D-Link DWA-140 RangeBooster N, which doesn't appear in the Port Forwarding list when I visit the website specified in the BYOND help files. Does this mean it simply cannot be port forwarded?

2. If I cannot port forward, is it possible to host a BYOND server through Hamachi? It's basically a third party software that lets you open a network between people who also have the program, bypassing all firewalls and such. I've used it to host servers on other games out of BYOND. Would it be possible to tell people to download Hamachi and join my network on the hub, and connect that way?

Hope I made myself clear, I'm not good at explaining stuff. :p

Did you try unblocking dream daemon on your windows firewall?

You should be able to forward ports from any router. However the D-Link DWA-140 RangeBooster N is not a router; it is a network adapter. That is, it's what your computer is using to talk to the actual router.

I really have no idea. Whoever is responsible for Hamachi would be the people to ask.
