NEStalgia v1.19 released

Sorry for the delay! Although Cable Monkey returned on Wednesday, I didn't finish the v1.19 compile until this morning.

This update fixes the exploit that would have allowed players to dupe gold, and also comes with some other minor bug fixes and changes. You read over all of the notes in the usual place:

You have tenkuu to thank for the majority of the changes and fixes in this update. In my absence he's been right on top of this stuff!

The good news is that this release is a big step towards the Arctic/Warriors Crypt content patch that all of you have been waiting for. The two different versions of the code that tenkuu and I have been working from are now recombined - something that I hadn't had time to do until now. Progress on my end will be much faster with this task out of the way.

My schedule has opened up a bit, and my hope is to jump back in and start working on stuff again this week. Cross your fingers!
