As I've been feeling pretty under the weather for a couple months now, a good portion of my time has been spent vegging out playing games.
|
|
|
I don't know why I even bother to read reviews at IGN or Gamespot anymore. Any game that receives a score above a 9 should be highly suspect.
|

I've put off playing Resident Evil 5 for awhile now -- I was initially excited for the game, but the demo really turned me off.
|
|
|
I keep seeing ads for it everywhere, and I'm debating giving it a try. While I have no doubt that World of Warcraft is a better game, I'm intrigued by Warhammer's touted focus on PvP.

What a waste of potential.

I'm a huge Bioware fan, and I consider KOTOR and Mass Effect to be some of the greatest RPGs of all time. That said, having just played through Jade Empire for the first time, I was incredibly disappointed.

As a new Xbox 360 owner, I've had to play catch-up with a lot of the great games I've missed over the past couple years. Here are my thoughts on what I've played so far.

Growing up, I never really played any of the Final Fantasy games, which is weird, because I was a huge RPG fan. Quite frankly, I don't think I missed much.

I bought Wii Fit on Wednesday, but I haven't had a chance to play it until tonight... and holy crap! Not only do I feel like I got a pretty darn good work out; it totally had me panting heavily about half an hour in.

Why is the best boxing game on the system still Wii Sports, which itself is little more than a tech demo? Why are most releases just shovelware from the PS2 with tacked-on Wii controls?

I usually hate April Fools jokes on websites... but Blizzard is traditionally pretty good at them. This year's is my favorite of all time!
