What ever happeded to being able to choose were you wanted the byond data folder being (containing key, cache and hub/lib files), between the install folder and the appropriate Application Data folder?
There's never been an option to choose where your data is stored, in older Windows versions it gets stored in your installation directory, but in newer versions it stores them in Application Data/BYOND.

I always thought you choose in the older versions. >_>

Is there anyway I can make 3.5 do the same thing?

You've only been able to select where you install to, not where your various data gets stored, there's no way to change it.

341 has them where I want, so it's no problem.

Thanks, Nadrew.
