That would require some database knowledge, and probably some C++ (in CGI form, like this forum) to work. I am assuming you're talking about website stuff.

JavaScript isn't hard. It's not unlike BYOND in format, really, except there's no indentation to have procedures belonging to specific objects. (I can explain that if you'd like.)
I haven't learned JS yet, mainly due to lack of interest. I'm not a web developer, and anyone who thinks otherwise can go straight ahead and hire me. I'll take the paycheck and quit. ;-)
