There is approximately no one who has made an anime game that is also a good programmer, so this list has far too many people from BYOND Anime on it.

I have a lot of respect for the programming abilities of Theodis, Shadowdarke, Lummox JR and Deadron, to say nothing about the people who don't really program in DM, like Tom. Those were simply some of the people who's code I've seen and know that its way better than anything I could do. I can't say much for the people who's code I haven't seen.

In terms of skill, Garthor wins this one hands down.
I don't know much about UP, only having spoken to him in a general manor and never about programming, but I believe he's fairly good. So I believe he'll go here.
My good friend Audeuro would probably find his home here.
My good friend Popisfizzy would probably find his home here.
GhostAnime knows his stuff when it comes down to it. So I'll throw him in here.
The rest are average at best. I couldn't order them because I don't know/like them well enough to get into a good programming discussion.

I know about Lifehunter, but he's someone who doesn't really finish everything.
I never heard of Auel, but I suppose he isn't bad either.
