A row is brought up with appropriate links to add the user.

Actual Results:
There was an error generating the requested page.
BYOND developers have been notified.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.
In other user accounts? Every user we search for, multiple keys attempting.
On other computers? Yes.

When does the problem NOT occur? Never.

Workarounds:
None that I see.

I suppose a workaround is BYOND staff manually editing our members ranks / group sections to reflect the following post:
