Computer Terminology in Off Topic

For the last 2-3 days I have been atempting to learn about PCs so to broden my horizen further I am reaching out the the brain boxes of BYOND hoping that they will reply to my request.

I am simply looking for some Computer terminology, RAM, CPU etc.

Also could taking quite alot of the hard drives memory slow down the computer?

You want computer terminology? Use a search engine. Putting "Computer Terminology" in Google brings up a website/dictionary dedicated to computer terms: http://www.webopedia.com/

As Daniel and Crispy said, you're safe as long as you aren't using it -all- or your disk isn't fragmented. Run the disk defragmenter, and check your disk space. If you have about one to two gigabytes of free space you should be just dandy.

CPU, GPU, PPU, DRAM, SDRAM, RAM, ROM, CD, DVD, VCD, AVI, EXE, AGP, PCI, AMD, ATI, Byte, Bit, KB, MB, GB, TB, PB, PB n J...
