WASHINGTON - The Democrat probing President Bush's decision to erase the prison sentence of a former White House aide said Sunday there is "the suspicion" the aide might have fingered others in the Bush administration if he served time.

I always thought a pardon was the presidents decision, I can't wait for the next democrat investigation, "Democrats are reportatly investigating a suspicius action by the president on sunday afternoon. He exercised for 30 more minutes then on a normal weekend, they believe this has something to do with bush's guilt for feeding his dog the poisenous food from china(Also under investigation). They would make you a list of what is under investigation, but unfortunatly not list of what isn't under investigation is significantly shorter.

Of course, nothing like this has ever happened in the history of mankind. Nothing. Ever. I. Promise. You.

Infact in the last few hours of Clintons presidency, he pardoned more people then bush has in both of his terms of office.

Clinton commuted,
"On August 11, 1999, Clinton commuted the sentences of 16 members of FALN, a violent Puerto Rican nationalist group that set off 120 bombs in the United States mostly in New York City and Chicago, convicted for conspiracies to commit robbery, bomb-making, and sedition, as well as for firearms and explosives violations."

Yeah but Terrorism wasn't invented till the Republicans came in ;)

And the potshot flies high into left field!
It was a joke based on the 9/11 hype (because its not like anyone else got bombed before *COUGH* IRA), if nobody got it.

Hey now, the IRA are friggin awesome, lol.

Óglaigh na hÉireann!
Of course Clinton pardoned more people than Bush has, Bush is still in office. It's fairly commonplace for presidents to wait until the final few weeks of their final term to make controversial pardons. Bush will probably make a few of his own on his way out.
Look at number 30 on Clinton's pardon list. I wish I had a brother to become president and pardon me.

...Well, not that I've done anything bad. :)

Anyway, this all came about after Bush's commutation of Scooter Libby. But commutations and pardons are pretty different. Just cause he's not in jail doesn't me he's off free. 2 years parole and lots of fines.
"Previous democrats have done something bad, so the party isn't allowed to pick up on the current president doing something bad!"

That's clearly ridiculous. If Bush meddled in the legal system (whether legally or not) in order to stop something getting out, as is suggested by the text you quoted, he has done the wrong thing.
