-From Latoma.

I have decided trying to complete the main game first will require far too much effort and time to keep the players interested if we start on it. So I decided we might as well start somewhere else: The Gaiden Chapters.

I will be informing the rest of the team this. It's not so much a sudden "quit the game" as much a change on which sector of the game to work on.

Again, Project TH needs at least 2 people talented in Pixel Art to help with the team to help complete the game.

These Individuals will be provided $20 a piece from Teka123 upon providing sufficient work, on top of an Equal Share of all donations the team will recieve as long as they continue to work with the team.

We cannot hope to accomplish Project TH anytime soon without more people to help provide Artwork for the game!!!!

==================================================

If you are interested, PLEASE, I beg you, leave your email in the comments and add [email protected] to your Yahoo or MSN Messenger. Please come prepared with some of your best ORIGINAL Pixel Art work (Isometric heavily suggested) if available to show proof of ability.
To be honest, I've lost all hope and looking-forward-ness for this project.
You could just use placeholders until the game is complete? I'm sure artists will be more willing if they know all that's needed is the art then the game will be opening..

Way Ahead of you myself. I've tried -everything- to get people to help. Instead I get stuff like your post.

*Hits Yut Put out of here since he quit the project cause he didn't want to do 8-Directional Graphics*

@Liam: I tell Fug this every freaking day, he refuses. Trust me, I try. The story can literally be inserted last and it wouldn't change a darn thing except turn it from Absolute Freedom (Alpha) to certain chapters having restrictions from time to time (Beta/Gamma).
Well I use random shapes for placeholders for DoC, not much of a problem for me lol.
@Latoma: Well I apologize for working on my own project while also expecting others to finish their own.
I enjoy the shapes actually, seeing the game go from random shapes to graphics... The transformation looks awesome lol.

Well you work with Fug :< He's OCD, he doesn't like placeholders, ffs I'd have him put in STICK FIGURES if I could.

@Oasis:

...Touche.
I'd do graphics, but I'm not as talented as Zane.
Go mental? :O Just ask every 5 seconds haha :')

Anything lacking we can simply have him touch up, we have no need for amazing.

I am 100% Sure that even though everyone on say Final Fantasy 6 developed all the monsters seperately, they had their ace artist try to make them all one unified art style so it didn't look like a bunch of kindergarteners made them.

:<

@Liam:

I know how to get Fug to do it:

fact, not opinion

eternia is the only long term byond rpg that might get done right now. i could vouch for devotion but i never thought it would go anywhere at all, i just draw crap for it.

You make me sad, just lost some more motivation :(
