Segmentation Fault on Restart in Linux Talk

Problem description:

I am running JBoer's Java dll.

I am having issues with every time my server restarts it is giving a Segmentation Fault and crashing. There is no information on the fault in the logs that I can find.

I am running the latest stable version of Debian minimal install, 64 bit Linux, 32 bit Java, Apache2, mysql5.1, and proftpd on the server.

There don't seem to be any issues other than this crash on restart. I did not have this issue on windows and have only recently switched to linux, is this an issue with linux hosting?

If it worked fine on Windows, I would say you are missing something on Linux or you didn't install something.

Then the next question is JBoer's Java DLL file.... hopefully he can answer the question if it runs properly on Linux or not.

This is an issue with how the Java DLL works (or SO file, since Linux doesn't use DLL files), there's not much that can be done about it.

I'll talk to JBoer about it then, it was my understanding he was running this on linux and it actually runs well. It must be something to do with the version of the file I am using or possible the version of java I am using. Thanks for the help guys.
