Here's a self Portrait of myself in Anime form with some "minor" improvements to my physique, 100% my beard, plenty of my favourite colors and various other qualities. lol :P

This is a fairly detailed step by step on how to produce poor art with bad shading - I'm a pro! :D

This is how it turned out, blow up a bit i think screenshot may have added some AA to it o.o, Personally i'm pleased with it and i think i'm probably better than i used to be lol.

Attack on Titan / Spring anime

This Spring has kicked off to a few very good anime, Notably in my preference tastes are.

Attack on Titan.
Hataraku Maou-sama.
Gargantia on the verdurous planet.

Attack on Titan.
Set in a futurist world where humanity has been reduced to living in walled off cities for more than a hundred years like cattle due to an unknown enemy threat of giants and titans, Upon a great tragedy our main character is driven by rage and revenge which carries the story forward in his attempt to face the titans equally.

This anime is pretty impressive in terms of animation and feel, It's certainly epic and already got a lot of hype going around it, certainly got a thing for cliff hangers.

Hataraku Maou-sama
In a world of magic and Demons, Our demon lord is being defeated and chased out of his keep by a vicious hero granted with holy powers, he flee's with his general through a space dimensional spell he creates, and ends up in a parallel world called earth, where magic is barely existent reducing him and his general to mere humans, and hence starts an epic adventure of a demon lord at McDonalds climbing his way up through promotions!

This anime has some brilliant animation and fight scenes but is filled with comedy and more, I'm really liking this.

Gargantia on the Verdurous planet
Way into the future mankind has deserted earth due to it freezing over and becoming uninhabitable, living in space with the threat of an alien species that creates hives and destroys planets, our main character is a skilled Mech soldier, The mission to destroy the hives goes wrong, and he fins himself knocked of course and put into a cold sleep by his Mech to preserve his life, He awakes on earth which is now a water world, full of boats and pirates as he tries to co-operate with the humans with the help of his Mechs AI.

This anime is beautiful animated and the story takes a step back from Mecha and more towards character development and imposing threat and more, It's very enjoyable.

I'm also following devil survivor 2 which i like(probably mostly because what it's based on) but I don't find it particularly stand out-ish.

Okay everyone who knows of me already knows i'm a pretty poor artist anyhow.

But it's the only thing I have going for me, So recently I've been trying to improve via various tutorials and Byond artists guidance etc. Notably Zetes Pixel school as well as other people trying to direct me.

It's far from good/perfect/complete but my failings have always been shading and detail and i believe my art has slightly improved during this.

Here's some of what I've done recently.

I have focused a lot on Trees as i wish to become a Tree master.. lol

Any C & C :)? only kind words or else i'll hurt myself - just kidding!

Angel Falls update.

After a hiccup.

Angel Falls v1.1 is now up and available to be played or hosted.

It's in Beta at the moment and most of the fundamental set-up of the game is complete, With hundreds of things planned in future updates still - There's a lot of work to be done :)

New Shop system.
More Monsters.
New elemental Stone enhancements.
Quests have been added.
More maps.
New skills.
Nearly finished party system?

A basic screeny in the first area which most people are familiar with, With a couple of noticeable updates.

Hopefully this isn't a disappointment and some of you who have waited for an update will like what's been done so far.

Buying Memberships: Advice.

Buying Byond memberships for the people and for Byond.

As most people know this is something I do on an on and off basis It's usually at random or for people who are active community users.

My current problem is I've ran out of membership candidates whom I think will stick around to make the most of them. There's bound to be people I've forgotten about as well though.

So I would like either some suggestions or volunteers lol.

Preferably not already a Byond member.
Is part of the community and likely to use the membership features.
They are a nice deserving person - hopefully not trolls, though i do like some.. but nah.
Other possible reasons.

There's no guarantee I'll buy anyone membership in particular, but this will help me out with choosing and it should help whoever i end up buying one for. :)

Angel Falls Map update.

Well i decided i should have a map but since my games maps are made in small sections within the map spread amongst the Z levels, it has no real structure besides tele's and linked places, so i decided to make a current Map to v 1.1

There are some areas missing as we have not linked them up yet but we're getting there, and ill just continue to update this maps file as we go.

There's is a big difference between v 1.0 and v 1.1 and we are growing closer to releasing it which i can't wait for since i grow tired of playing the old v 1.0 version which gets hosted so often.

Obviously this was all drawn freehand by me in MS paint so it's far from professional lol :(

I doubt i'll pay but i Really do need help some help, i wish for someone else to care about my game as well.

Angel Falls is a Fantasy RPG i started making a little over a year ago, I've spent many months with no progress, due to my lack of programming capabilities, I've had tones of help from friends but no constant programmer who really cares about the game.

I've had many helpers but the real staff are just Me and MechaCloud and Currently part time Dariuc.

What i seek is.
A Programmer who wants the game to do well

Not to pushy - I'll listen to anything but don't change systems without me knowing.

A capable efficient programmer who is confident in their work - I'm no slave driver :)

Preferable someone i already know and trust - as i have a few issues lol.

Would be nice if you used dropbox :)

Basic Story
The Game is set in a Fantasy world where the player is a fallen angel among many other angels banished to a world for as unknown reason.
Guided by the inn keeper and a mysterious Shade your adventure to discover what you did is where the game aims to lead you from place to place getting stronger, seeking revenge or finding the light to correct your errors you will decide and become either an angel or a demon in a world full of wonder, humour meme's, adventure, exploring and more.

After making a Classified Ad i got quite a few unknowns who offered help that i could not make up my mind on, but in the end i got an Ad from Dariuc which was very promising so i sought his help and he has done some very significant work but he has his own projects he wishes to work on so i cannot rely on him either :)

This is all my pixel art i've done recently - last few weeks - not much and not that special.

I plan to draw a different Anime characters head every other day, as i can't seem to learn from anything in particular i'll just keep drawing until i eventually improve. it might happen :) though i still lack in shading, volume, depth and detail, all i have going for me really is line art :P which is just about average.

Bit of a pointless post, but just feeling as if i'm getting soemwhere.

Who knows people may look at this and think, Hey it's not that bad.. but not that good either, i could do that! *inspires people to do better than himself* that'd be good in my books lol
