Thats the laptop I'm saving for. it should take me around a year to get it but it is surely worth it don't you think? $1,773
By the time you finish saving, you'll be paying only $1500.
Why are you saving for a laptop?
You could get a top-of-the-line desktop for $1300.
Laptops are portable. You don't see anyone dragging a desktop through the airport, do you?
You could do better on graphics.
Yes, I realize that Jeff but laptops are generally for checking your e-mail, checking the web, etc when you're not near a desktop.

Laptops aren't really made for anything more than that unless you're content with an hours worth of battery life.

I get roughly 4-5 if I'm not doing anything CPU intensive (which I only do on occasions, unless I have an accidental infinite loop in a game). Plus, I could upgrade my battery to get twice the battery life.

EDIT: Plus, top of the line desktops (usually if they're vista) are stuck on a blue screen most of the time anyway! I don't know why, but my family's desktop blue screens a lot, which my laptop never has. And my laptop is about 6 months older.
