Lets skip the boring entire day and move to the end of my shift at work shall we.

Ok, I'm working 5minutes over time with another 20 more minutes of work to get done. I'm on my own and i've turned off all the lights. The only thing running is the computer, which I was using to backup the database for the day.
The phone rings, and I answer it, can't leave a phone unanswered!
And for the next fifteen minutes i'm being screamed at by a guy who is unhappy with his product.
He spent fifteen minutes and every two seconds it was either F**k or C**t towards me.
I didn't even serve this person. My shift started two hours after he was served.
So yeah, if anyone who reads this finds it necessary to ring up a company and abuse someone with lots of swearing when you are unhappy with what you recieve, take my advice, Fornicate yourself with an Iron Spike! kthxbai!
