I doubt anyone's too interested in this but if they are i might do another one sometime.
u dont watch america cartoon?
@DHED
Well i'm English so i don't really see the american cartoons lol, and they are aimed at a young age group Probably like it is here in the Uk.

So nop sorry i don't, I do prefer subbed to dubbed, and also the Japanese serve to any age range.
South Park > 90% of anime
@Antx
lol and i would hope family guy would > south park too, but i enjoy both of those series, I kind of forgot they class as *Cartoons* lol

But anyway anime are very different from any american cartoon, which might make you like them more, or dislike them more, everyones different.
What are good, intelligent anime's? The only two I've been referred to are Death Note and Code Geass.
@Caution
I would suggest these anime which require a bit of thinking and are quite intelligent.

Baccano:
Several Events happening at the same time, and going back and fourth between time zones to lead to one final destination, immortal mafia, assassins and a very thought provoking anime trying to piece things together as the anime steps backwards and forwards.

Durarara:
In a town where there are several noticeable strong people and gangs emerging everywhere, one gang dominates them all but is the least visible, secret gangs cross over and are at war with each other, but terrible tragedies happen when they could have been avoided due to knowledge being concealed.

Jyu Oh Sei:
Two brothers are cast of into a jungle and must fight for survival, Eventually realizing they have been set up and everything they are doing is part of a master plan, will they be able to survive this game which was set for them, not without cost.
well ok i dont watch alot of english/america cartoon either... but its probably cause i cant lol

i might watch the 2nd anime cause i watched the 1st anime before a long time ago :)
@DHED
Oh nice, Well please do tell me if you like/dislike it.

Theres a big twist half way threw the series, It actually has a few non straight forward plots, some epic fight scenes, some epic battle's of huge proportions and a lot of manliness among other things.

Can't tell if serious.
SAx: Yeah, I am. I'm not much of an anime person, but Death Note did a really good job at not only merging an international setting, but it also detailed a lot of logical processes that are both interesting and, at the same time, a bit captivating.

Not even a little. Intelligence is found more in simplicity as opposed to complexity; which the aforementioned series both fail at in both aspects.

@Teka
Family Guy's audience is aimed at the mentally ill.

But it also unveiled a lot of ignorance and stupidity, to which I believe contradicts any sense of Death Note being logical.
I also don't see how it did a good job with merging international setting at all; that just sounds incredibly illogical.

I finished part 1 and still don't have a wobbly's idea in hell what's actually going on...

Darker than Black, also Teka you're a DTB FANBOY??!?!?!? omg me2 xoxoxoxo
I wouldn't exactly call Darker Than Black intelligent, but it's certainly an awesome show worth seeing. Especially so if you like collarbones. Though, you should avoid seeing the second season. They removed almost everything which made it good in the first place.
@Tibs
Well you'll get their nearer the end, they do piece it together mostly, but it's a shame that so many things happened which didn't need to lol.

@Charliehorse
Ahh i'm an Anime fan boy all over, there's quite a few anime characters i think are amazing.

@Antx
Yeah Darker than black was great, the first series was miles better, second series well.. it let me down a bit.(Lol at the sketch, that's pretty accurate)

It looks like i didn't provoke any hate or anger towards this post, so .. i may make another of the same type.
